A leading maintenance company in Bristol is expanding due to an increased workload and is looking to hire a
Multi-Skilled Carpenter . You will work across domestic and commercial properties in the Bristol area, handling both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks such as fixing doors, locks, skirting, and architrave repairs Carry out basic maintenance in plumbing, tiling, painting, and decorating Work across various sites in the Bristol region
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience (essential) 1 year of multi-trades maintenance experience (preferred) Basic skills in plumbing, tiling, and painting & decorating
Benefits: Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 per year (based on experience) 25 days holiday (plus personal use of a company van) Company pension and life insurance Free on-site parking Regular overtime and call-out opportunities
Job Details: Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday schedule
