Multi Skilled Carpenter
Crumpsall, Manchester £42,000 - £43,000 per annum
My client is a leading FM contractor that provides maintenance and refurbishment on social housing contracts throughout Manchester. We are currently looking to add an experienced Multi Skilled Carpenter / Joiner to our team based in Crumpsall, Manchester.
In your new role as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter, you will be carrying out day-to-day repairs in social housing properties in Crumpsall, Manchester. You will be working to deliver the highest quality service to carry out a variety of carpentry tasks, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve an excellent customer experience.
Other duties of Multi Skilled Carpenter will include:
Reactive and planned carpentry repairs within domestic properties
1st and 2nd fix
Repair & refurbishments
Multi-trade works where required (basic plumbing, painting, plastering, etc.)
Working on a mobile basis using a company vehicle (or your own which will be fully expensed)
Required skills for Multi Skilled Carpenter:
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ2+ in Carpentry & Joinery OR time served with relevant experience
- Multi-trade experience (at least at a basic level)
Remuneration of Multi Skilled Carpenter:
- Over £22 per hour (Circa £43,000 per annum)
- Company van and fuel card provided (or expenses account for use of own vehicle)
- 32 days annual leave
