As the

Multi Skilled Carpenter , you will be responsible for a wide variety of carpentry repairs in occupied and unoccupied residential properties, corporate and civic buildings. The work may include; the fitting of various types of doors (including fire doors), first and second fixing carpentry, kitchen installations, DFG adaptations, ceramic wall tiling, minor plumbing, and decorative works. What the Company is Looking For:

Ability to demonstrate you are a competent tradesperson and have the tools to do the work Have the prerequisite technical, statutory, and legislative knowledge for the trades you perform for the company ensuring you keep abreast of updates and changes Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry A trade specific qualification minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry Must be competent in 2 other secondary skills Full current driving license A DBS check is required before commencement of role Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector Experience preferred in UPVC repairs and maintenance (doors and windows) Kitchen and/or bathroom installations – 1st & 2nd Fix Be able to competently complete basic plumbing repairs Fire-door installation and awareness of associated regulations Being competent within your sphere of expertise If you feel you have the skills and experience to become our client's
