Shift Maintenance Engineer (FMCG) Salary:
£40,000-£42,000 (£45,000 post probation) OTE:
£50,000 Location:
Aylesbury A world-renowned FMCG manufacturing company based in Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a multi-skilled shift engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their current team. The business is growing massively, with several new sites being added this year alone. The company has forecasted large profits over the next 12 months, and the investment into the engineering team has nearly doubled. The company is able to offer extensive internal training, many progression opportunities for maintenance engineers, and the option to move into other skilled roles. This position will require the successful candidate to perform both planned and reactive maintenance on the production line, mostly dealing with electrical faults, although there is a requirement to assist with mechanical maintenance, so the need to be multi-skilled is essential. You will be working on a rotating days & nights shift pattern, with each shift being 12 hours. Added with a competitive salary package and many overtime opportunities, there is also a company pension in place. Responsibilities:
Perform planned and reactive maintenance on the production line. Address electrical faults and assist with mechanical maintenance. Work on a rotating days & nights shift pattern. Minimum Requirements:
Multi-skilled Engineer who is competent electrically and mechanically (ELECTRICAL BIAS). Must hold an electrical engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum). Willingness to work rotating shift patterns. Background can be from manufacturing, industrial, or armed forces (RAF, ARMY, NAVY, MARINE, etc.). Benefits:
