Job Description Maintaining and improving the performance of all plant equipment. Identifying and implementing improvements on equipment. Ensuring all engineering works are carried out in a professional and efficient manner. Adhering to company health and safety policies. Assisting with the training of junior team members. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process. Reporting to the Engineering Manager about daily tasks and challenges. Participating in the creation of preventive maintenance strategies. The Successful Applicant A successful Multi-Skilled Engineer should have: Relevant engineering qualifications. A proven track record in a similar role within the FMCG industry. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
