Ensure that all technical KPI’s and SLA’s within your control are met for planned and reactive activities. Whilst undertaking daily tasks, ensure that issues/concerns with assets are escalated and statuses are updated within the CAFM system. Be vigilant at all times and proactively raise work orders to ensure the customer experience is where it needs to be. Ensure that all documentation is clearly and accurately completed and filed in the correct manner to ease the reporting and audit process. Adhere to all CBRE policies and processes. Support outside of normal working hours requirements. Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to the Contract Manager to allow for rescheduling or escalation. Supervise third-party contractors working on behalf of CBRE. Review any related safety documentation and issue any authorisation or permit to work. All safety concerns should be reported using 'unsafe acts/conditions’ process. Assist with any Project works regarding local knowledge, points of isolation, and highlight any wider risks to the building operation. Assist with ensuring that all critical spares and site consumable stock levels are maintained. Communicate clearly to the Contract Manager where applicable. Ensure that all professional email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner. Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings. Job Type:
