This role will report to the Engineering Manager and undertake both planned and reactive maintenance in a multi-skilled capacity. The business continues to invest in their factories, so you will also work on projects and continuous improvement. This is a
day shift
working pattern, 48 hours per week, with
overtime paid at double time .
Key responsibilities:
Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Continually look for improvements and make suggestions on best-in-class processes. Fault finding and problem solving, continually looking at ways to improve equipment. Installing new equipment as well as ongoing maintenance. Various projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Minimum Requirements: We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in electrical and mechanical maintenance, ideally gained within a factory/manufacturing environment.
