The purpose of the HVAC multi skilled engineer role is to provide PPM servicing and reactive breakdown service to Volvo Motherwell property located in the northern region working collaboratively with our Volvo client. You will be located at Volvo Motherwell. You will provide the highest professional standards in electrical / HVAC / gas / mechanical servicing and reactive maintenance including plumbing and minor fabric works. Provide guidance on HVAC related matters across the site and support the wider onsite team.

And as a Multi Skilled Engineer with Bellrock, you'll do it by... Carrying out PPM servicing works to an agreed planned asset schedule working in a clean tidy and professional manner and representing the business to high standards at all times. Carrying out all works using agreed safe systems of works referring to risk assessments, method statements and complying with Bellrock safe systems of work. Obey all site rules and always wear appropriate uniform and PPE. Carrying out reactive maintenance repairs to our customer's premises to agreed KPI response times carrying out repairs to the highest standards and reporting any immediate defects or further works required. Receiving, attending, and updating all jobs in a timely manner using the provided IT equipment, followed by accurate detailed records both electronically and in the site daily logbooks. Providing accurate and detailed timesheets encompassing time and material usage via the Bellrock CAFM system (Concerto). Ensuring that the help desk is always updated with your status, job progress, job completion, quotes required etc. and ensure the customer is updated at all times. Working within the budget constraints of the individual contract and showing commercial acumen when making decisions around forecasting and estimating works. Ensuring all associated paperwork and certificates are completed and signed by the customer to ensure the job can be invoiced. Management of outside suppliers when on site and confirmation of completed works to correct standards. Providing guidance on Gas / mechanical system issues and ensuring operational safety of systems. Presenting a smart & pleasant demeanour when on and off site and engaging with the client. Any other duties commensurate with role and which the employer may reasonably require of you to perform.
What does it take?
If you're ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Multi Skilled Engineer you'll need... City and Guilds electrical / electronic Qualifications. Proven experience in electrical maintenance role is essential. Corporate / Healthcare / HTM / Critical Environment - experience desirable. IT literacy essential (Word / Excel / CAFM usage). Experience of large complex electrical and building systems i.e. motors / pumps control panels etc. L.V distribution and associated system component fault finding experience i.e., ACB / MCB / PFC. Flexible work attitude and ability to adapt to client business demands. Respectful and professional presentation at all times. Good housekeeping and workplace organisation.
