My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees.
They are currently recruiting for a multi skilled trades person to join them on a permanent basis, working on disrepair contracts across the North West.
- They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Trades to join them on a permanent basis.
- Type of work will largely be disrepair work to tenanted properties, with some planned and void work also.
- It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes.
You must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in an appropriate trade. You must also have a CSCS Card.
Please note - applicants must be able to provide copies of certificates and details of referees.
The salary is up to £32k plus van and fuel card - please note a clean driving licence is required for use of the company van.
