You will be working for a public sector housing association, which has housing stock all over the West Yorkshire region.
Your new role
You will be working in both the void, planned and reactive maintenance team, mainly void properties, but must have versatility to support in the other teams when needed. You will be carrying out property maintenance such as kitchen fitting, damp and mould treatments, minor repairs etc. You will be part of a team of 5 who all report to the Reactive Maintenance Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be open to working in a team and independently.
Experience working within voided and tenanted properties.
Ability to meet targets on a weekly basis.
You must have a clean UK driving licence.
You must have all the correct qualifications and 2 written references from a suitable ex-employer.
