They specialise in refurb and maintenance and void projects for housing associations across Merseyside.
Due to a busy workload, they are looking to recruit a multi-skilled joiner on a temporary basis. To be considered
You must have an NVQ or equivalent in Joinery. Be able to carry out other trades such as plastering, plumbing, and tiling. Able to drive and have a full UK driving licence. Experience working within the social housing sector. Job Responsibilities
You are required to work within the responsive repairs team. You will be given a PDA which will have allocated jobs for you to complete throughout the day, going to different tenanted properties. You will be asked to complete joinery, plumbing, or plastering jobs. Benefits
