Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties Carry out all aspects of joinery Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, push-fit plumbing, and painting Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site Must have own hand tools Essential Skills/Qualifications
