My client is a leading Social Housing Contractor with a great reputation, offering excellent benefits and job security for their employees. They are currently recruiting for a qualified Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Skelmersdale.
The Contractor is working on a long-term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide experienced and hardworking Multi-Skilled Joinery services on a permanent basis. Perform reactive maintenance to tenanted properties, along with planned and void work. Work closely with residents within their homes. Minimum Requirements:
You must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in an appropriate trade. Additionally, you must possess a CSCS Card, Basic DBS, Driving Licence, and UKATA asbestos awareness.
