We are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative with basic skills in different trades to work on a New Build housing contract in Rochdale.
This role requires multi trade skills in all areas as the candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of finishing works to a brand new housing estate on each plot.
Our client is a nationwide house building contractor running a site in the heart of Rochdale.
You will be required to do the following:
Finish kitchens/bathrooms with generic tidying up (i.e., screwing doors back on properly and making sure generic plumbing is water tight) Patch plastering experience is essential Some generic knowledge on patch painting Own tools and PPE are essential Other trade responsibilities
The role pays £18 - £19 per hour with a basic working week of 42.5 hours minimum, with the potential for overtime during the summer/autumn months.
You will need to supply your own tools, PPE, and CSCS card.
