A client of mine has recently procured a number of new major contracts due to start in the new year. Due to the increase in workload, they are in a position to add multiple Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers to their already well-established maintenance and service division. The ideal candidate will be level 3, 18th edition and F-gas cat1 qualified with experience carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance within commercial properties. This is a permanent position available to start at the beginning of January.
The role comes with a company vehicle + fuel card and travel time paid. Overtime is paid at premium rates with double time paid on Sundays and call outs. Call out is currently 1 in 6 and standby paid at £185.
The role:
To carry out maintenance and service on mechanical and electrical plant (AC / AHU's / electrical testing etc…) Fault finding and repair work. Travel between sites (inner M25 / central London) Complete required paperwork Use of PDA system
The candidate:
Candidates must have experience working in a multiskilled role. NVQ level 3 qualified in an electrical or mechanical discipline. 18th edition (essential) F-gas Cat 1 (essential) Full UK drivers' licence. Able to pass DBS check
