General Overview:
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will: PPM & Reactive Maintenance:
Execute and accurately log all Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive tasks, ensuring serviceability. Documentation & System Updates:
Maintain up-to-date records and update CAFM systems in real time with task details and follow-ups. Repairs & Inventory Management:
Address faults promptly, manage spare parts inventory, and provide estimated repair timelines. Safety & Compliance:
Conduct Risk Assessments, follow safety protocols, and adhere to company and client policies. Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and client representatives. Site Management:
Maintain clean, organized plant rooms and supervise subcontractor work to meet KPIs and SLAs. On-Call & Training:
Participate in an on-call rota and complete mandatory training (1 in 5 weeks). Tool Audits:
Regularly inspect tools and equipment for safety and compliance. Other duties may be assigned by the Contract Manager as required. Technical Expertise:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systems. A working knowledge of the following is essential: Air Handling Units Pumps Water Treatment (L8 compliance) Building Management Systems Electrical and Mechanical Systems Qualifications and Experience:
18th Edition and City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 Electrical Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Full, clean driver's license. Proficient with computer systems. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Collaborative and adaptable to change. Maintains a professional and clean appearance.
