This is a great opportunity to join the Marshalls family and develop your skills whilst undertaking engineering maintenance tasks and ensuring a proactive approach to prevent equipment failure.What's the mission?Working as part of our highly skilled Operations team, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment. You’ll work on various different types of equipment including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems, and will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive engineering activities on site. You will contribute to the overall safe operation of plant and equipment, safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets.Working 42 hours per week, the role will cover a two-shift rotation (6 am-2 pm and 2 pm-10 pm). This includes one Saturday every 4 weeks. What are the mission-critical skills?
