Are you looking for your next challenge? Are you a multi-skilled engineer with experience of managing people? We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all fabric elements of our fit-out projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role will require the appointed person to provide hands-on support to the team when required. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all fabric elements of our fit-out projects. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure all fabric elements are maintained to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians. About you:

Practical experience in performing small works and maintenance projects. Building fabric/multi-trade experience. Previous fit-out experience. Previous experience in working in commercial buildings. Excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. About COEL:
