Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative focuses on supports planned maintenance schedules to ensure infrastructure is maintained to a high standard.

What the role involves

• Supports planned maintenance schedules to ensure infrastructure is maintained to a high standard.
• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive construction works in line with safe systems of work and risk assessments.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests via the Facilities Planner.
• Supporting the delivery of infrastructure maintenance to required standards across scheduled programmes.
• Undertake a range of construction and groundworks tasks including flagging, concreting, blockwork, drainage, curbing, brickwork, landscaping and excavation support.
• Read, interpret, and follow drawings, specifications, manuals, and written instructions.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
• Full driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel between group sites.
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) qualification.
