Temporary to Permanent Our client, a leading Building Services provider, is currently recruiting for Multiskilled Plasterers for new and ongoing housing contracts, carrying out maintenance work on domestic properties in and around Hull. Responsibilities: Undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas. Identifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre and post preparation of works is carried out. Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, and calculations using measuring equipment. Minimum Requirements: CSCS Card. Driving Licence. Served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). Experience of working as a Multi Trade Plasterer. Competent in all aspects of the Plasterer trade discipline. Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks, including core Joinery and Tiling. Asbestos awareness and own tools.
