Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading property services company based around Westminster.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to void properties. Undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing works such as sinks, taps, showers, toilets, and baths. Able to carry out repairs outside of core trade, including remedial carpentry works, repair patching of plaster, and replacing small areas of tiles. Requirements:
Trade related qualification, City and Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as a work van is provided. Great customer service skills.
