Multi Skilled Plumber
to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a
Multi Skilled Plumber
who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the
Multi Skilled Plumber,
you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of engineering repairs across the whole of the estate. Perform a variety of tasks, including electrical installation, AC split install, and LTHW water heater installation. Hanging new doors in newly refurbished offices. To be successful in this role, you must have:
NVQ3 or equivalent certification. Extensive knowledge of L8 and required repair techniques, including cleaning and chlorinating. Experience as a specialist HVAC engineer, providing essential F-Gas knowledge support. Skills in carpentry, bricklaying, painting, or roofing, to deliver exceptional works daily. A full UK driving licence. Willingness to work night shifts (4 on 4 off). If you feel you have the necessary skill set and experience for this
