Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Technicians. We are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Technician to work in the Scotland Central belt area. There will be a need to travel throughout the region. As a Multi-Skilled Technician, your role will include: Damp and timber treatment – Dry Rot, Woodworm and Damp Proofing Waterproofing and 1st and 2nd fix joinery As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will be: Able to drive with a clean licence – you will be allocated a small van Aware of potential safety risks at all times Interested in property preservation Willingness to learn Flexible A Team Player Enthusiastic and motivated Be a CSCS card holder or willing to work towards Possess an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in joinery or relevant trade and/or appropriate building experience Experience of working in the Preservation Industry would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
