Goldman & Fine is recruiting for a highly trained worker in Westminster. Applicants MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience, as you'll be selected based on your ability to work in a construction environment. Experience in painting, flooring, fitting, plastering, plumbing, and electronics is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and installations in multiple trades, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, painting, and general construction. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in various systems, including plumbing, heating, electrical, and structural components. Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are kept in optimal condition. Assist with installations and repairs, including fixtures, fittings, and equipment. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Respond to emergency repairs and urgent requests in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work completed. Work independently or as part of a team, providing support as needed on various projects. Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism at all times. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights).
