Multi Skilled Trades Operative required to work with leading Black Country based Housing Association to carry out reactive repairs.
My client requires experienced and professional multi skilled trades operatives to carry out day to day reactive repairs on tenanted social housing properties across the Black Country and wider region.
Repair work will range from basic 2nd fix carpentry, 2nd fix plumbing repairs, patch plastering, painting as well as very basic other trades.
Hours:
40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Location:
Black Country, Halesowen, Rowley Regis, Oldbury and surrounding regions. Start date:
As soon as candidates are available. Hourly Rate:
£20 per hour plus company van provided. Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds in relevant trade (Carpentry, Plastering, Plumbing). Must have full UK driving license.
