What You'll Be Doing:
Engage and inspire: Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that ignite enthusiasm in students across multiple trades. Practical mastery: Guide learners through real-world scenarios, helping them build versatile skills in the classroom and workshop. Shape multi-skilled professionals: Foster a supportive environment where students can develop a range of trade skills and confidence. Share your expertise: Bring industry knowledge, tips, and tricks to help students excel in a dynamic field. What We're Looking For:
Level 3/Advanced Craft qualification in Brickwork, Carpentry, or other relevant construction disciplines. Willingness to undergo an ENHANCED DBS check - because safety and safeguarding come first. Passion for teaching and a genuine drive to inspire the next generation. Strong, demonstrable skills across a variety of trades, with a focus on occupational competence. A commitment to pursuing teaching or assessing qualifications within two years (full support provided). Why You'll Love This Job:
