Key Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality work across a range of property maintenance trades, including:
Carpentry Painting & Decorating Kitchen Fitting Tiling Basic Plaster Repairs Basic Plumbing
Inspect and assess works to determine scope and costs. Communicate effectively with customers from the outset of the project and throughout its completion. Take ownership of individual tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. Show flexibility and adaptability when faced with new or unforeseen situations. Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism at all times. Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in property maintenance and the listed trades. High level of skill across multiple trades. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving license is essential. A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as the company expands. An enthusiastic approach and the desire to develop within the company.
