I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established Charity in the West Midlands. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on care homes across the Black Country area.
The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include:
Conducting reactive repairs within the care homes Routine repairs Responding to prearranged repair appointments Using a wide range of trades on a day-to-day basis
As a Multi Trade Operative, we need you to have: Experience in a core trade of carpentry or plumbing Driving licence (clean) Excellent communication skills and a friendly face as you will be around children Maintenance experience in care homes, schools, and tenanted properties
What you can expect as a Multi Trade Operative: 3-month temp-to-perm £35K annual salary Van and fuel card provided or can use own van
