Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative looking for a new opportunity?

Bromford are seeking a dedicated Operative to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in a company recognized as a Great Place to Work.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting: Skilled in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, including cabinetry, fixtures, tiling, and installations, with a focus on quality finishes.
  • Expertise in Carpentry, Plumbing, and Plastering: Proficient across key trades, capable of high-quality work in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
  • Painting Skills: Skilled in painting techniques with an eye for detail, delivering smooth and professional finishes on walls, trim, and cabinetry.
  • Professionalism and High Standards: A dedicated professional who ensures all tasks are completed promptly and to an excellent standard.
  • Proactive and Technically Skilled: A self-starter with broad technical expertise who identifies and resolves issues efficiently.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for travel to job sites.

This role suits an experienced, versatile tradesperson who takes pride in their work and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

You'll also need an enhanced DBS check (we'll arrange this for you), and the right to work in the UK. If you have qualifications, we'll need to see the original copies of these.

  • £33,934.12 salary and a yearly pay review
  • Performance Related Pay, based on meeting individual and company-wide targets.
