We are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Multi Trade Operative to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing contract in West London.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out high quality repairs to the council housing stock such as fitting kitchens, painting, patching a wall, repairing tiles, all types of floor laying, repairing toilets, hanging doors, tracing leaks, fence repairs, etc.
Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations
Basic Criminal Record Check
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
