Multi Trade Plasterer
to join our successful Response Maintenance Business based in Thornaby on Tees. You will be working within our Northeast region covering areas including Newcastle. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable social housing client. We want to hear from like-minded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives. The Multi Trade Plasterer role: Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within our day-to-day response team, completing an average of six jobs a day, in plastering and any other general repairs e.g., basic brickwork, basic joinery, basic plumbing, painting. Passionate about people, you will pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service skills when working in a customer-facing environment. Taking pride in health and safety is key to the success of this role, ensuring all actions are communicated effectively and recorded. What will you bring as a Plasterer? Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in Plastering or other core wet trade. Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets. Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Plasterer role, with the use of a company van.
