Multi Plumber

to join our successful responsive maintenance and larger works team based in Newton Abbot. Guaranteed

39 hour working week

finishing early on Fridays to help with work/life balance. We are requiring the Multi Plumber to be completing a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas around the Newton Abbot area. The Multi Plumber role: Completing residential Plumbing repairs – some of these repairs could also include patch plastering, door handle and lock repairs, tiling, roofing, groundworks, door hanging, toilet and kitchen repairs as well as more refurbishment based, larger works within social housing residential properties. Ensuring work is completed efficiently, on time and to the specified standards. You will be incentivised through weekly bonus schemes to increase your earning potential. Building relationships whilst working in public and communal areas, as well as on occasion, working within void properties (empty homes). Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team, and the customers around you, particularly when using tools and specialist high-risk equipment/materials. What will you bring as a Multi Plumber? Qualified Plumber to an NVQ level 2, or similar professional body. Demonstrable previous experience of working as a Multi Plumber in a housing environment. Previous experience of also completing other minor trades as required in the domestic refurbishment setting. Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets. Possession of a full current UK Driving license, which is essential to undertake the Multi Plumber role. Additional benefits include: Pension contributions. Industry sick pay.
