Scope of works across multiple trades on reactive maintenance in social housing tenanted properties.
Requirements for Multi-Trade role:
DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, CSCS, Qualification / Apprenticeship in primary trade OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair and Refurbishment
