Zeal Recruitment has been appointed to help a successful repairs and maintenance business contractor for a Multi-trade Plumber/Carpenter to work within the Midlands region carrying out repairs and maintenance jobs to commercial properties in areas such as Wolverhampton, Walsall and generally Midlands's area all whilst being paid from door to door.
This role is quite heavy on the administration, as you will be required to upload information and complete job sheets.
The hours are essentially from 07:30 - 17:30 and you will be on a rota basis for any out of hours calls which will attract additional money.
As the Multi-trade Plumber/Carpenter, your duties will involve:
Repairs to doors Basic Plumbing - leaking sinks Patch plastering Flooring Tiling Painting Carpentry
As the Multi-trade Plumber/Carpenter you will need: Own van and tools Public Liability insurance Clean driver's license
