I'm looking for a Multi Trade in the Reading area to carry out repairs within tenanted social housing properties. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent.
The Multi Trade will be expected to carry out: Carpentry Basic plumbing (changing taps, track and trace leaks, etc.) Lock changing Gaining entry Some tiling
The Multi Trade will need: Experience in multiple trades Experience in tenanted social housing properties Full UK driving license
In return, the Multi Trade will receive: £22.75 an hour Company van and fuel card Door to door pay PDA and uniform included
