Salary: £20 per hour
A Multi Trader is required to work for a local social housing contractor. The role involves carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. In addition to carpentry, it would be ideal if you can perform basic multi-trade tasks, such as tiling, patch plastering, and plumbing. Previous social housing/domestic experience is essential.
Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trader include:
Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
Providing a high level of customer service
Using a PDA system to organize and complete jobs
Requirements of a Multi Trader:
Must have a full UK driving licence
Must have previous social housing experience
Must have experience using a PDA
Benefits for the Multi Trader role:
No weekend work
Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 04:00 pm
Van and fuel card supplied
