4Site are looking for Multi-Traders for a temporary to permanent opportunity with our client specialising in refurbishment projects.
Tickets required:
Full Clean UK License is a necessity whilst CSCS card and NVQ Level are preferred but not mandatory.
Duties:
Will be generally working on 1-2 day projects - minor works to offices/retail/commercial units.
Standard Hours:
8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, any work done outside of standard hours will be paid overtime.
We are looking for a skilled multi trader competent in carpentry, partitioning, drylining, general building work/making good & minor decoration. The ideal candidate would be a very good communicator, have a van and a good set of their own tools. If progressing to a permanent basis with our client, a Van and fuel will then be provided to carry out works.
All works are in the Greater London area, mainly Central London but could be working out as far as the M25 and occasionally beyond.
If progressing to a permanent basis, a salary will be agreed, working based out of our client's Dartford office with company van etc.
There will be an interview process involved with a start date ideally looking to be around 06/01/2025.
