Job Title: Multi Trader - Essex Salary: £160 per day (Self-employed) or £34,000 - £36,000 per annum (PAYE) Location: Essex Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided after two weeks Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multi Trader to join our team in Essex. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent workmanship, and are comfortable with both flooring and basic plumbing tasks, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: • Fit flat lay vinyl sheet flooring • Install cap and cove vinyl sheet flooring • Lay vinyl tiles with precision • Remove and refix plumbing fixtures as needed • Drive to various sites in and around Essex Requirements: • Proven experience in vinyl flooring installation and basic plumbing • Full UK driving license • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently If you’re ready to take on a new challenge with a supportive team, apply today!
