Multi Trader wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector
As the year is coming to a close and some sectors may be coming to a close for Christmas, we are very much up and running with a busy December ahead and some great opportunities with some market-leading clients.
Over at Skilled Careers, we are currently recruiting for a number of Multi Traders for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renowned housing association based in the Harrow area.
There are several positions up for grabs, with interviews taking place this week!
As a Multi Trader, your day-to-day will look like:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
We are looking for a confident Multi Trader who is also able to complete tiling and painting/decorating maintenance.
Minimum Requirements: A full UK Driving Licence and a trade qualification is needed for this role.
