Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
NVQ/City and Guilds (preferred) Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance
