£20 per hour A Multi trader is required to work for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. In addition to carpentry, it is ideal if you can carry out basic multi-trade works such as tiling, patch plastering, and plumbing. Previous social housing/domestic experience is essential. Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trader include: Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties Providing a high level of customer service Using a PDA system to organize and complete jobs Requirements for a Multi Trader: Must have a full UK driving licence Must have previous social housing experience Must have experience using a PDA Benefits of the Multi Trader role include: No weekend work Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 16:00 pm Van and fuel card supplied Opportunity to be included on the call-out rota for extra earnings If you are interested in hearing more about the vacancy, please apply to the advert or send your CV.
