Workflow Recruitment are working alongside a leading social housing contractor who are looking to take on a Permanent Multi Trader to work on day-to-day repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.
Working within the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform various repairs in tenanted domestic properties.
Role Criteria: Experience in at least 1 of the following trades: Plastering, Carpentry, Floor Laying. Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures. Able to deal with fast-paced environments and adaptable to changing working environments. Must be flexible and able to take on other responsibilities. Team player and ability to work alone. Experience of using a PDA is not essential as training will be given - but desirable.
Multi Trader Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) (Fulltime) Able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
