Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4pm About the Role: Are you a skilled Multi-Trader ready for a new challenge? Join an established Building Services company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a Multi-Trader with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out carpentry and handyman duties at a number of prestigious sites. Key Responsibilities: Guttering Painting & Decorating Tiling & Roofing Plastering & Patching Flooring General Handyman maintenance Package & Benefits: Competitive basic salary of up to 37,500 Overtime available Life Assurance 21 days annual leave + 8 Bank holidays People's Pension Scheme (EE 5%, ER 3%) Cycle to Work Scheme Professional Development & Training Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Strong communication skills and client-facing experience Ideally need a driving license (not essential) Enhanced DBS If you’re eager to progress your career in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
