Immediate start for the right person A Birmingham based group is looking for a multi skilled trades person to join their team. The position will be client facing, meeting with Senior Project Managers and Maintenance Managers. You will be required to have the knowledge to price work. For the right person, there is progression to Site Manager / Working Foreman. Responsibilities include: Patching up holes in walls Re-trimming and re-lining doors Some painting and decorating When not performing these tasks, you will assist on larger projects such as refits and six-figure office fit-outs with other parts of the group.
