Immediate start for the right person A Birmingham-based group is looking for a multi-skilled trades person to join their team. The position will be client-facing, interacting with Senior Project Managers and Maintenance Managers. You will need to have the knowledge to price work. For the right person, there is potential for progression to Site Manager / Working Foreman. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day jobs such as patching up holes in walls, re-trimming/relining doors, and some painting and decorating. When not engaged in these tasks, you will assist on larger projects such as refits and six-figure office fit-outs with other parts of the group.
