TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in the Peterborough area. They are looking for experienced Multi traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
MAIN DUTIES
Using a handheld device, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote. Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests. Various domestic maintenance tasks - General property maintenance. Responsive maintenance & void property maintenance. To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards. Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and/or Supervisor. Hours:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay:
£180 Per day (CIS). Van and tools required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
