Job Summary
Due to increased workload, we are looking for Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have not only their main trade as a Plumber or Carpenter but will also have proven experience undertaking a variety of jobs in a reactive maintenance environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Undertaking all aspects of repairs/maintenance work (given your skill set) to the required quality standards.
Assessing the work requirements when you get to site.
Communicating with the Call Centre in an accurate and timely manner via telephone to gain each job and to update the service co-ordinators with the work you believe is required and what you have subsequently undertaken.
Ensuring that you follow the Company’s safe working practices and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous multi-trade experience (Plumbing and Carpentry)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
A full UK driving licence
