Location: Tunbridge Wells Salary: Up to £4k per annum Working Hours: 8-5, Mon - Fri Benefits: Van and Fuel Card provided!
Responsibilities
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
Qualifications
NVQ/City and Guilds (preferred) - if no qualifications held, our client will send you on a paid NVQ course in your core trade, gaining you a lifelong qualification. Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance.
