Fortress Maintenance requires a Multi Trader to join our team and assist with basic home improvement works on a contract working with a large housing provider across Woodbridge and surrounding areas of Suffolk.
We are contracted to improve air flow and insulation in properties to reduce the possibility of damp/mould build-up.
Responsibilities:
Treating areas affected by mould
Painting over treated areas
Cleaning gutters (using ground-operated vac)
Installing window trickle vents
Installing wardrobe door vents
Installing additional loft insulation and cavity trays
Installing pipe insulation
Re-grouting/securing tiles in bathrooms and kitchens
Digging out if ground level exceeds damp proof course
Pointing brickwork
Any other associated works
All jobs will be based on price. Additional work will be available if flexible on travel with very competitive rates of pay.
Regular work is available for the right people, but this will mainly suit individuals who are seeking extra work in addition to their own commitments or are looking for something part-time.
You will be required to have your own van in order to transport the loft insulation from base to the relevant property.
