We are looking for a Carpenter with Multi Trade skills in the Worthing area, working between Worthing and Lancer for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is part of the maintenance team, focusing on domestic void properties.
The Carpenter will be responsible for: Carpentry Working within void properties Basic plumbing Patch plastering Working as part of a team of 16 operatives
The successful Carpenter will: Have a full UK driving license Have access to their own van Have 5 years of carpentry experience Have prior social housing experience
